Kris Miler's Constituency Representation in Congress wins APSA's Rosenthal Prize
The American Political Science Association's Legislative Studies Section has announced that Professor Kris Miler's Constituency Representation in Congress: The View from Capitol Hill (Cambridge University Press, 2010) is the 2011 winner of its Alan Rosenthal Prize, awarded to the best book or article in legislative studies written by a junior scholar that has potential value to legislative practitioners.
