PhD alum Huisheng Shou wins ACPS best paper award

The Association of Chinese Political Studies has announced that the winner of the Best Paper Award at its 23rd annual conference this year is UIUC political science PhD alum Huisheng Shou, now at Christopher Newport University in Virginia.
